Well this is lovely with a cuppa.I miss my chocolate fix like anything and last night we had a taster session at SW and a girl made the chocolate cake from the SW website.
This is an adaption of it as I really need chocolate today and dont have bran flakes in.
28 syns for the lot (thanks to the guys who worked this out for me I had it at 34.5, I am crap at maths) so worked it out as 3.5 syns per slice.
x5 weetabix (16 syns)
x6 heaped tsp of highlights (12 syns)
250ml boiling water
2 eggs
half a cup of sweetner.
Break the weetabix up and add the hot water.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix till non lumpy and then pop in the microwave in a microwavable dish and serve into 8 pieces.
yum! its so choclaty that even I the queen of chocolate only needed one piece for a chocolate fix.

Yummy! I have just started on the slimming world diet, and although finding it really easy, I still miss my chocolate fix...this could just answer all my prayers!!!!!!

mmm! Looks lovely, thank you. I will try making it with 3 teaspoons of cocoa powder (3 syns) instead of Options, and save 9 syns. I'll just add more sweetener if necessary.
